You may use Odvero Reports in compliance with applicable law, your organization’s policies, project contracts, and your authority to handle the information entered or selected.
Your responsibility
You control the report facts, photos, clipboard, print output, and saved files. You are responsible for accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, approvals, signatures, notices, retention, and distribution.
No contract decision or professional advice
The builder formats what you enter. It does not verify evidence, determine responsibility, approve extra work, calculate entitlement, satisfy contract notice requirements, or provide legal, safety, accounting, or other professional advice.
Prohibited use
Do not violate rights, submit information you are not authorized to handle, distribute malicious material, disrupt the service, or bypass safeguards.
Availability
The service may change and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, saved content, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Feedback and changes
Do not include confidential report content in feedback. Material changes to data handling or service capabilities will be reflected in updated terms or notices.
