Add the project name, report date, preparer, and work completed. The form points to the first missing field.
Create the report, then choose Download PDF. Use Print only when you want your browser’s print dialog and printer options.
They stay in the current browser tab. Odvero does not upload or save them, so print or save the report before closing the page.
The tool only formats what you enter. Your company must review the report, supporting evidence, signature requirements, and contract rules before relying on it.
